Hitting
One of the nice things about Rocco is that he's a real clutch hitter. Baldelli always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
He gets a good jump on flyballs and doesn't shy away from the fence. Runners take advantage of his weak arm. He aggressively looks to take the extra base.

2010 Outlook
The Los Angeles Dodgers were smart, they locked Baldelli up to a long term contract. Baldelli has impressed at the A-ball level. Look for the Los Angeles Dodgers to give him a shot in Double or Triple A before the year is up.
