Bell always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
Bell is an intelligent baserunner with average speed, but he's not a basestealing threat. Bell plays mostly right field, where his mediocre range and throwing arm are less than ideal. He'd be better off in left.
