Tim Bogar

Hitting
Let's face facts: Bogar hits a lot of ground balls... and in my book, if you're slow of foot and put the ball on the ground, you're bound to get tied up in the double play. Even though you might not start him, he's not a bad guy to have on your bench for the tough left-handed reliever. You can expect Tim Bogar to pull the ball.

Baserunning & Defense
When you play Bogar you're not putting him in for his glove. His arm is accurate enough. Bogar isn't a good baserunner. He doesn't get good jumps on steals nor runs sharp routes around the bases.

2010 Outlook
One has to wonder what Tim Bogar is doing in AA. In all honesty, he could use a lot of work on the fundamentals in the low minors.
