Fritzi Braithwood
Catcher | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
Braithwood never has been a patient hitter. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. You can expect Fritzi Braithwood to pull the ball.

Baserunning & Defense
When you play Braithwood you're not putting him in for his glove. Fritzi's arm leaves a little to be a desired. Braithwood isn't a good baserunner. He doesn't get good jumps on steals nor runs sharp routes around the bases.

2010 Outlook
What The Retired or Inactive Players was thinking when they signed Braithwood to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks. Braithwood isn't cutting the mustard in the low minors. It's time for Fritzi to investigate other career options, like coaching highschool ball.
