But Al's detracters are quick to call attention to his ongoing struggles at the plate with men on base. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. He rarely pulls pitches, preferring to shoot line drives to right-center.

Baserunning & Defense
Capone isn't a fluid third baseman, but he's not afraid to get dirty and gets the job done. His arm is accurate enough. Capone is an intelligent baserunner with average speed, but he's not a basestealing threat.

2010 Outlook
In two full big league seasons, Capone already has done more than what scouts projected when he came out of college.
