Hitting
Derrington never has been a patient hitter. He has a natural lift to his swing, which produces few groundballs. Even though you might not start him, he's not a bad guy to have on your bench for the tough left-handed reliever. You can expect Henry Derrington to hit the ball to the opposite field... that's just the kind of hitter he is.

Baserunning & Defense
His defense is solid but unspectacular. Henry's arm leaves a little to be a desired. Derrington isn't fast, but he's a heady baserunner who rarely gets thrown out.

2010 Outlook
What The Free Agents was thinking when they signed Derrington to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks.
