This guy can't hit a watermelon with a lampost. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. You can expect Jack Flack to hit the ball to the opposite field... that's just the kind of hitter he is.

Baserunning & Defense
His speed is below average and he's not a threat to steal. Flack doesn't read balls well off the bat, misses cutoff men consistently and floats throws to the infield. Jack's arm leaves a little to be a desired.

2010 Outlook
What The Retired or Inactive Players was thinking when they signed Flack to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks.
