Geary never has been a patient hitter. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. You can expect Wright Geary to pull the ball.

Baserunning & Defense
Geary plays mostly right field, where his mediocre range and throwing arm are less than ideal. He'd be better off in left. Geary often has trouble scoring from second base on singles and goes from first to third only on hits to right field.

2010 Outlook
What The Free Agents was thinking when they signed Geary to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks.
