Hitting
He has a natural lift to his swing, which produces few groundballs. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. He's a straight pull hitter whose power extends from the rightfield gap to the line.

Baserunning & Defense
He's an adequate rightfielders who is helped by his experience. Super's arm leaves a little to be a desired. Grover has below-average speed and is a poor baserunner.

2010 Outlook
The Los Angeles Dodgers signed him to a long-term contract, but don't think they won't drop Grover like a hot potato if something better comes along.
