Tony Gwynn
Right Fielder | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
One of Gwynn's strongest assets is his performance with men in scoring position. Tony Gwynnis Mr. Clutch. The Retired or Inactive Players do tend to sit Gwynn when the opposing team throws a lefty. It's no secret he can't touch the left-handed breaking ball.

Baserunning & Defense
His arm and range are average, and he has a tendency to get lazy with his feet. Gwynn is an intelligent baserunner with average speed, but he's not a basestealing threat.

2010 Outlook
If Gwynn doesn't perform, the Retired or Inactive Players won't hesitate to send him down to the minors.
