Chuck Haller
Third Baseman | Free Agents

Hitting
Haller never has been a patient hitter. In past seasons, Haller has been a bit of a liability with men on base. Haller always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hangs in well against lefthanders' breaking balls, and some of the pitchers he hits best are the southpaw specialists often brought in to face him.

Baserunning & Defense
His arm and range are average, and he has a tendency to get lazy with his feet. Haller doesn't have great speed, though he reads righthanders' moves well enough to steal a few bases each season without getting caught very often.

2010 Outlook
What The Free Agents was thinking when they signed Haller to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks.
