Al Henry
Right Fielder | Free Agents

Hitting
This guy can't hit a watermelon with a lampost. He has a natural lift to his swing, which produces few groundballs. The Free Agents do tend to sit Henry when the opposing team throws a lefty. It's no secret he can't touch the left-handed breaking ball. You can expect Al Henry to hit the ball to the opposite field... that's just the kind of hitter he is.

Baserunning & Defense
He generally takes one base at a time, though he'll take advantage if an outfielder gets lackadaisical. Henry doesn't read balls well off the bat, misses cutoff men consistently and floats throws to the infield. Al's arm leaves a little to be a desired.

2010 Outlook
What The Free Agents was thinking when they signed Henry to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks.
