Hitting
Heston always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
Heston also has toned down the careless and overaggressive mistakes he used to make. He's still adept at making sliding catches on balls near the foul line. Heston has one of the strongest arms among leftfielders. He's at his best in situations where a base has to be stolen, such as the late innings of close games.

2010 Outlook
The Philadelphia Phillies signed him to a long-term contract, but don't think they won't drop Heston like a hot potato if something better comes along.
