Ollie Hines
Second Baseman | Free Agents

Hitting
The book on Hines is that you can knock the bat out of his hands with an average major league fastball. He has a natural lift to his swing, which produces few groundballs. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
When you play Hines you're not putting him in for his glove. Ollie's arm leaves a little to be a desired. He generally takes one base at a time, though he'll take advantage if an outfielder gets lackadaisical.

2010 Outlook
What The Free Agents was thinking when they signed Hines to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks.
