Tom Jackson
Second Baseman | Free Agents

Hitting
In past seasons, Jackson has been a bit of a liability with men on base. The book on Jackson is that you can knock the bat out of his hands with an average major league fastball. The Free Agents do tend to sit Jackson when the opposing team throws a lefty. It's no secret he can't touch the left-handed breaking ball. You can expect Tom Jackson to hit the ball to the opposite field... that's just the kind of hitter he is.

Baserunning & Defense
When you play Jackson you're not putting him in for his glove. Tom's arm leaves a little to be a desired. He generally takes one base at a time, though he'll take advantage if an outfielder gets lackadaisical.

2010 Outlook
What The Free Agents was thinking when they signed Jackson to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks.
