John Jaha
First Baseman | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
He has the mental discipline to handle clutch situations. Jaha always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
Jaha isn't a fluid first baseman, but he's not afraid to get dirty and gets the job done. His arm is accurate enough. Jaha doesn't have great speed, though he reads righthanders' moves well enough to steal a few bases each season without getting caught very often.

2010 Outlook
If Jaha doesn't perform, the Retired or Inactive Players won't hesitate to send him down to the minors.
