Deandre Leno
Center Fielder | Retired or Inactive Players
Hitting In past seasons, Leno has been a bit of a liability with men on base. The book on Leno is that you can knock the bat out of his hands with an average major league fastball. Leno always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.
Baserunning & Defense Minor league scouts have accused Leno of being a liability in the field. Deandre's arm leaves a little to be a desired. Leno often has trouble scoring from second base on singles and goes from first to third only on hits to right field.
