Hitting
McMillon never has been a patient hitter. The Retired or Inactive Players do tend to sit McMillon when the opposing team throws a lefty. It's no secret he can't touch the left-handed breaking ball.

Baserunning & Defense
McMillon isn't fast, but he's a heady baserunner who rarely gets thrown out. When you play McMillon you're not putting him in for his glove. Billy's arm leaves a little to be a desired.

2010 Outlook
The Retired or Inactive Players signed him to a long-term contract, but don't think they won't drop McMillon like a hot potato if something better comes along.
