Denny Moran
Third Baseman | Free Agents

Hitting
Moran never has been a patient hitter. Moran always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hangs in well against lefthanders' breaking balls, and some of the pitchers he hits best are the southpaw specialists often brought in to face him.

Baserunning & Defense
Moran isn't a good baserunner. He doesn't get good jumps on steals nor runs sharp routes around the bases. Minor league scouts have accused Moran of being a liability in the field. Denny's arm leaves a little to be a desired.

2010 Outlook
What The Free Agents was thinking when they signed Moran to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks.
