Hitting
One of the nice things about Billy is that he's a real clutch hitter. If it's late in the game, and there are men on base, you want this guy at the plate. Pattison never has been a patient hitter. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. You can expect Billy Pattison to pull the ball.

Baserunning & Defense
Pattison is an intelligent baserunner with average speed, but he's not a basestealing threat. His glovework leaves a lot to be desired. Billy's arm leaves a little to be a desired.

2010 Outlook
What The Free Agents was thinking when they signed Pattison to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks.
