Paul Richardson
Third Baseman | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
The book on Richardson is that you can knock the bat out of his hands with an average major league fastball. Richardson always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
When you play Richardson you're not putting him in for his glove. Paul's arm leaves a little to be a desired. He generally takes one base at a time, though he'll take advantage if an outfielder gets lackadaisical.

2010 Outlook
What The Retired or Inactive Players was thinking when they signed Richardson to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks.
