Hitting
This guy can't hit a watermelon with a lampost. He has a natural lift to his swing, which produces few groundballs. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
Rinard doesn't read balls well off the bat, misses cutoff men consistently and floats throws to the infield. Runners take advantage of his weak arm. Rinard often has trouble scoring from second base on singles and goes from first to third only on hits to right field.
