Greg Seibert
Right Fielder | Free Agents
Hitting The book on Seibert is that you can knock the bat out of his hands with an average major league fastball. Seibert always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hangs in well against lefthanders' breaking balls, and some of the pitchers he hits best are the southpaw specialists often brought in to face him.
Baserunning & Defense When you play Seibert you're not putting him in for his glove. Greg's arm leaves a little to be a desired. He has below-average speed and is stiff on the basepath. He's poor on a straight steal but has some success at reading pitchers and working a delayed steal.
2010 Outlook What The Free Agents was thinking when they signed Seibert to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks.
