Dan Serafini
Starting Pitcher | Detroit Tigers

Pitching
Serafini throws a nice sinker... The rookies never seem to know when it's coming. His fastball gets into the high 80s, but it's the sink that makes the pitch effective. His stuff becomes less sharp as he gets into the late innings. He changes speeds well enough to keep righthanders from teeing off on him.

Defense & Hitting
Serafini does an average job of holding runners. Serafini is nothing special in the field. Serafini is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Serafini has some pop in his swing.
