Hitting
Sierra never has been a patient hitter. Sierra always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
Sierra doesn't have great speed, though he reads righthanders' moves well enough to steal a couple bases each season without getting caught very often. Sierra doesn't read balls well off the bat, misses cutoff men consistently and floats throws to the infield. Runners take advantage of his weak arm.
