Hitting
Weardo has quick hands and is able to cover the entire plate. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. Weardo tends to zone in on the power-alleys. Most of his outfield hits are to left and right center.

Baserunning & Defense
His arm and range are average, and he has a tendency to get lazy with his feet. Weardo isn't fast, but he's a heady baserunner who rarely gets thrown out.

2010 Outlook
The Florida Marlins signed him to a long-term contract, but don't think they won't drop Weardo like a hot potato if something better comes along.
