Hitting
Williams was a line-drive hitter when he first came up, but over the last few years has become more of a true home-run hitter, lofting more high flyballs. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. He uses the entire field and has gap power.

Baserunning & Defense
Williams is an intelligent baserunner with average speed, but he's not a basestealing threat. In the past, his critics have accused Williams of being a liability in the field. His arm is accurate enough.

2010 Outlook
Williams performance in AAA is making it difficult for the Milwaukee Brewers to ignore him much longer. Expect his name to be on the September call-up list.
