Enrique Wilson
Shortstop | Baltimore Orioles

Hitting
One of Wilson's strongest assets is his performance with men in scoring position. If it's late in the game, and there are men on base, you want this guy at the plate. Enrique Wilsonis Mr. Clutch. One thing's for sure, late in the game you're glad you have him on the field. Wilson has quick hands and is able to cover the entire plate. The switch-hitting Wilson remains more effective from the right side. He's a straight pull hitter whose power extends from the rightfield gap to the line. He struggles away from home.

Baserunning & Defense
You might not expect it, but Wilson is a pretty good fielder too. One thing's for sure: Wilson has a cannon for an arm. Wilson has better-than-average speed, and he has made himself into a solid basestealer by developing a quick first step and studying the moves of pitchers.

2010 Outlook
Wilson is in charge when he's at the plate.
