Eric Young
Second Baseman | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
He thrives late in games. In past seasons, Young has been a bit of a liability with men on base. Young always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. Even though you might not start him, he's not a bad guy to have on your bench for the tough left-handed reliever.

Baserunning & Defense
Young is an intelligent baserunner with average speed, but he's not a basestealing threat. His glovework leaves a lot to be desired. Eric's arm leaves a little to be a desired.

2010 Outlook
If Young doesn't perform, the Retired or Inactive Players won't hesitate to send him down to the minors.
