1. Tug McGraw 20 391 He's a finesse pitcher, relying on movement and location. He can get groundballs when he needs them in a jam. McGraw has one of the better pickoff moves among big league righthanders.
2. Henry Tudor 20 340 Tudor does a great job of thwarting runners with varied pickoff moves and a quick release to home.
3. Vida Blue 21 339 His slider is sharp and breaks both horizontally and vertically. A quick pickoff move and a slide step prevent runners from stealing bases.
4. Spaceman Lee 19 337 He's got a really stong arm, so he can blow it by you on occasion. He has a very good move to first base and is solid at controlling the running game.
5. Randy Wynn 18 329 Wynn is one of the fastest players in the game and the majority of his stolen bases are the result of his pure speed. He also can take an extra base as well as anyone.
