Sherman Buckeye
Shortstop | Free Agents

Hitting
Buckeye never has been a patient hitter. In past seasons, Buckeye has been a bit of a liability with men on base. The Free Agents do tend to sit Buckeye when the opposing team throws a lefty. It's no secret he can't touch the left-handed breaking ball. You can expect Sherman Buckeye to hit the ball to the opposite field... that's just the kind of hitter he is.

Baserunning & Defense
Buckeye is an intelligent baserunner with average speed, but he's not a basestealing threat. When you play Buckeye you're not putting him in for his glove. His arm is accurate enough.

2010 Outlook
What The Free Agents was thinking when they signed Buckeye to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks.
