Domingo Cedeno
Shortstop | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
The book on Cedeno is that you can knock the bat out of his hands with an average major league fastball. With his slap-hitting approach, Cedeno always hits like he already has two strikes. The results are usually groundballs or line drives to the opposite field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. You can expect Domingo Cedeno to hit the ball to the opposite field... that's just the kind of hitter he is.

Baserunning & Defense
When you play Cedeno you're not putting him in for his glove. His arm is accurate enough. Cedeno has below-average speed and is a poor baserunner.
