Hitting
In past seasons, Clemente has been a bit of a liability with men on base. Clemente always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. The Detroit Tigers do tend to sit Clemente when the opposing team throws a lefty. It's no secret he can't touch the left-handed breaking ball.

Baserunning & Defense
He's at his best in situations where a base has to be stolen, such as the late innings of close games. His arm is below average but not a major weakness.
