Conde isn't fast, but he's a heady baserunner who rarely gets thrown out. His glovework leaves a lot to be desired. His arm is accurate enough.

2010 Outlook
What The Free Agents was thinking when they signed Conde to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks.
