Mike Davidson
Second Baseman | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
This guy can't hit a watermelon with a lampost. Let's face facts: Davidson hits a lot of ground balls... and in my book, if you're slow of foot and put the ball on the ground, you're bound to get tied up in the double play. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
Minor league scouts have accused Davidson of being a liability in the field. His biggest problem in the field simply has to be his throwing arm... it's well below par. Davidson often has trouble scoring from second base on singles and goes from first to third only on hits to right field.

2010 Outlook
What The Retired or Inactive Players was thinking when they signed Davidson to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks.
