Hitting
The book on Davies is that you can knock the bat out of his hands with an average major league fastball. Davies always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. Don't be surprised if The Free Agents's manager sits Davies when you throw your ace lefty. For some reason, he just can't figure out the southpaw.

Baserunning & Defense
Davies doesn't have great speed, though he reads righthanders' moves well enough to steal a handful of bases each season without getting caught very often. When you play Davies you're not putting him in for his glove. His arm is accurate enough.
