Guillen never has been a patient hitter. The Retired or Inactive Players do tend to sit Guillen when the opposing team throws a lefty. It's no secret he can't touch the left-handed breaking ball. Ozzie Guillen has made a career of putting the ball to the opposite field. That's rare in this day and age.

Baserunning & Defense
His arm and range are average, and he has a tendency to get lazy with his feet. Guillen is an intelligent baserunner with average speed, but he's not a basestealing threat.

2010 Outlook
One has to wonder what Ozzie Guillen is doing in AA. In all honesty, he could use a lot of work on the fundamentals in the low minors.
