Dave Hajek
First Baseman | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
This guy can't hit a watermelon with a lampost. Let's face facts: Hajek hits a lot of ground balls... and in my book, if you're slow of foot and put the ball on the ground, you're bound to get tied up in the double play. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
When you play Hajek you're not putting him in for his glove. His arm is accurate enough. He generally takes one base at a time, though he'll take advantage if an outfielder gets lackadaisical.

2010 Outlook
What The Retired or Inactive Players was thinking when they signed Hajek to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks.
