This guy can't hit a watermelon with a lampost. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
Hall isn't fast, but he's a heady baserunner who rarely gets thrown out. His glovework leaves a lot to be desired. Billy's arm leaves a little to be a desired.

2010 Outlook
What The Retired or Inactive Players was thinking when they signed Hall to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks.
