This guy can't hit a watermelon with a lampost. Even though you might not start him, he's not a bad guy to have on your bench for the tough left-handed reliever. You can expect Tony Harnisch to hit the ball to the opposite field... that's just the kind of hitter he is.

Baserunning & Defense
His speed is below average and he's not a threat to steal. Minor league scouts have accused Harnisch of being a liability in the field. Tony's arm leaves a little to be a desired.

2010 Outlook
What The Free Agents was thinking when they signed Harnisch to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks.
