Pitching
The bottom also falls out of his very good changeup. His fastball gets into the high 80s, but it's the sink that makes the pitch effective. He attacks lefties and righties with similar success.

Defense & Hitting
He shows a good pickoff move and never lets runners detract from his pitching. Haynes is nothing special in the field. Haynes is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Haynes has some pop in his swing.

2010 Outlook
I really like what this guy brings to the table.
