Hill never has been a patient hitter. He has a natural lift to his swing, which produces few groundballs. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. You can expect Glenallen Hill to pull the ball.

Baserunning & Defense
Hill isn't fast, but he's a heady baserunner who rarely gets thrown out. Hill doesn't read balls well off the bat, misses cutoff men consistently and floats throws to the infield. Glenallen's arm leaves a little to be a desired.
