Hitting
In past seasons, Konstanty has been a bit of a liability with men on base. This guy can't hit a watermelon with a lampost. Konstanty always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
Konstanty isn't a good baserunner. He doesn't get good jumps on steals nor runs sharp routes around the bases. Minor league scouts have accused Konstanty of being a liability in the field. Runners take advantage of his weak arm.

2010 Outlook
What The Retired or Inactive Players was thinking when they signed Konstanty to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks.
