Pete Lang
Left Fielder | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
One of the nice things about Pete is that he's a real clutch hitter. Lang never has been a patient hitter. Lang always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
Lang has below-average speed and is a poor baserunner. Minor league scouts have accused Lang of being a liability in the field. Runners take advantage of his weak arm.

2010 Outlook
What The Retired or Inactive Players was thinking when they signed Lang to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks.
