Hitting
Ledee provides an ongoing clinic on how to hit .300. He works the count in his favor, waiting for his pitch or settling for a walk. He's still a singles hitter at heart, and knows how to shorten up and protect the plate with two strikes. Ledee always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hangs in well against lefthanders' breaking balls, and some of the pitchers he hits best are the southpaw specialists often brought in to face him. Ledee tends to zone in on the power-alleys. Most of his outfield hits are to left and right center.

Baserunning & Defense
Ledee gets excellent jumps in the outfield, which more than make up for his average speed, and he's fearless around the outfield wall. His arm is accurate enough. Ledee isn't fast, but he's a heady baserunner who rarely gets thrown out.
