Hitting
McIntosh has quick hands and is able to cover the entire plate. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. You can expect Bob McIntosh to hit the ball to the opposite field... that's just the kind of hitter he is. It's hard to explain but Bob McIntosh plays much better on the road then he does at home.

Baserunning & Defense
McIntosh isn't fast, but he's a heady baserunner who rarely gets thrown out. When you play McIntosh you're not putting him in for his glove. He has a strong, accurate arm.

2010 Outlook
In four full big league seasons, McIntosh already has done more than what scouts projected when he came out of college.
