Joshuamic McShane
Center Fielder | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
This guy can't hit a watermelon with a lampost. McShane always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. Even though you might not start him, he's not a bad guy to have on your bench for the tough left-handed reliever.

Baserunning & Defense
McShane doesn't have great speed, though he reads righthanders' moves well enough to steal a few bases each season without getting caught very often. Minor league scouts have accused McShane of being a liability in the field. Joshuamic's arm leaves a little to be a desired.

2010 Outlook
What The Retired or Inactive Players was thinking when they signed McShane to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks. One has to wonder what Joshuamic McShane is doing in AA. In all honesty, he could use a lot of work on the fundamentals in the low minors.
