MullerJr always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
MullerJr plays a near-flawless third baseman, making very few errors. Bill's arm leaves a little to be a desired. He has below-average speed and is stiff on the basepath. He's poor on a straight steal but has some success at reading pitchers and working a delayed steal.

2010 Outlook
The St. Louis Cardinals signed him to a long-term contract, but don't think they won't drop MullerJr like a hot potato if something better comes along.
