Hitting
One of the nice things about Xavier is that he's a real clutch hitter. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. You can expect Xavier Nady to hit the ball to the opposite field... that's just the kind of hitter he is. He absolutely loves playing before the hometown crowd.

Baserunning & Defense
Nady plays a near-flawless third baseman, making very few errors. His arm is accurate enough. Nady isn't fast, but he's a heady baserunner who rarely gets thrown out.

2010 Outlook
In three full big league seasons, Nady already has done more than what scouts projected when he came out of college.
