Bob Ojeda
Starting Pitcher | Toronto Blue Jays

Pitching
Ojeda's control is among the best in the game. Ojeda also has a decent changeup. Ojeda gives up his share of home runs, but is always around the plate and doesn't give up many walks. He tends to work slowly when in a jam, which just makes his problems worse by lulling his fielders to sleep. He can hit 90 MPH but is too smart to try to get his fastball past most hitters. He traditionally fares better against lefties.

Defense & Hitting
He's average in terms of controlling the running game. Ojeda is nothing special in the field. Ojeda is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Ojeda has some pop in his swing.

2010 Outlook
I really like what this kid brings to the table.
